When can I access Mercer OneView?

Mercer OneView website is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from any PC with internet access.

What browsers are supported?

When using Mercer OneView, we recommend using one of the browsers listed on the Supported Browsers page.

If a new browser is released in a beta version, we do not offer full support.

Where can I find information on the browser version?

Click on 'Help' on the menu bar of your browser. Select the "About...." text. Full details about your browser as well as the version will be displayed.

Why did an error box appear when using the browser back-button?

For security reasons, in some pages certain history information is removed that would be needed by the browser to go back. Please use the navigation menu on the left-hand side to move around Mercer OneView.

Why am I getting a "You are already Logged on to Mercer OneView, Multiple Logins are Not Permitted" message?

If you do not logout using the logout button your previous login session will remain active until 7 minutes has passed. You must use the logout button to securely finish your online session.

If I leave my computer while logged in, why do I have to login again later?

To protect your data, Mercer OneView will automatically log you out after seven minutes of inactivity. You must re-enter your login details as normal.

Why am I having difficulty opening the Benefit Summary and/or Commentary?

You must have Adobe Acrobat 5.0 reader installed on your computer to open the Benefit Summary and/or Commentary. For details on downloading and installing Adobe Reader, visit www.adobe.com or, if it is a company supported computer, contact your IT helpdesk.

How do I find out more?

Can I change my PAC?

Yes, you can change your PAC on the Welcome page of Mercer OneView by ticking the Change PAC option. Once you have authenticated your login details, enter your new PAC, confirm and update.

I have lost/forgotten my PAC. How do I get a new one?

In order to get your PAC reissued you need to contact the Mercer OneView Helpdesk at Lo-Call 1890 275 275. You should receive your new PAC within 3 working days.
