information via Mercer OneView (the "Website"). Your employer and the plan
Trustees are registered as data controllers under the Data Protection Act
1988/2003.
Mercer OneView is operated and maintained by Mercer Ireland Limited ("Mercer")
on behalf of the plan Trustees.
By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and accepted the practices described in this Policy. Please
read this Policy carefully and be aware that we may change it at any time. As a
result, we recommend that you check back regularly to this page to be apprised
of any updates or changes. The date we last revised this Policy can be found at
the end of this document.
We and our affiliate companies respect your right to privacy in relation to your
interaction with this Mercer OneView website.
Your employer and the trustees of the Pension Plan and/or the Share Scheme (and
in the case of Total Compensation Statement any other benefit plans and schemes
in which you participate) are Data Controllers for the purposes of the Data
Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 ("the Data Protection Acts"). Mercer is a Data
Processor for the purposes of the Data Protection Acts. Personal information
relating to you and your participation in the Pension Plan and/or the Share
Scheme (and in the case of Total Compensation Statement any other benefit plans
and schemes in which you participate) has been provided to us by or on behalf
of the Data Controllers for use in connection with Mercer OneView. We will only
use the personal information which has been provided to us by or on behalf of
the Data Controllers or which you have submitted through the Mercer OneView
website for the purpose of the administration of the Pension Plan and/or the
Share Scheme (and in the case of Total Compensation Statement for the operation
of the Total Compensation Statement section of the Mercer OneView website) or
the operation of Mercer OneView and you hereby consent to such use.
Throughout the Mercer OneView website you may have an opportunity to send
us information relating to you through the "contact us" or "update details"
pages or any other area where you may send emails, submit or request additional
information from us. In using these pages, you may be providing us with some
level of personal information relating to you. This information will be used by
us in connection with Mercer OneView or for any other purpose for which it was
provided by you including for verification purposes and/or statistical analysis.

via Total Compensation Statement.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Acts, Mercer, as a Data Processor, uses
up to date technologies and regularly maintains, monitors and reviews its
standards and procedures for compliance with the Data Protection Acts. Mercer
reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend this Privacy Policy at any
time and you should regularly check this Privacy Policy for any amendments.
You should be aware that where you link to another website from the Mercer
OneView website, Mercer has no control over that website. Accordingly, Mercer
